🔥 You are only as good as your last deal - Time to set new records!

I am a big fan of reality TV shows - even though many of my friends say they are scripted.

💻 Recently I enjoy watching Owning Manhattan on Netflix because it is about real estate sales.

The sales nature is similar to my recruitment job and I admire the mindset of Ryan Serhant in the show. 

☎ There are a couple of quotes from him which I agree and want to share with you all:

💡 You are only as good as your last deal 

Which I believe in breaking personal records in all areas

It could be new sales/ personal fitness/ personal development records - As long as you beat your previous self

💡Surround yourself with A players - with those who excite you and scare you

Because if you are always hanging out with people who are comfortable with status quo, you will become one of them (Unless you are comfortable being the same version of yourself 5/10 years later)

📚 Ever notice that when you are out of your comfort zone, you grow the fastest?

📚 Ever notice when you try new things and achieve new heights, your friends are uncomfortable with your changes?

You need to surround yourself with people who encourage you to change and embrace them!
