☀️ Work Feels Better When Life Feeds It

People often ask me: "How do you stay energised working for so long?"



The truth is, I’ve learned to pace myself. 



Rather than working 8 hours nonstop



⏰ I have learnt to shape my schedule around the things that light me up such as hobbies, travel, wellness, even competitions.



🏃‍♀️ After work, I’ll unwind with hobby classes or drinks with friends 



💪 I’ll squeeze in gym or yoga over lunch



📚 Mornings often begin with a quiet read 



✈️ And every few months, I travel, recharge, and see the world from a fresh perspective.



This rhythm keeps me going. It allows me to show up for my work with real energy because my life outside of work is full of purpose too.



🌟 If you’re passionate about life, you’ll find passion in your work. 



Because work becomes more than just output


It becomes an expression of who you are



Our career is a marathon, not a sprint. 



I highly encourage you to 



🔥 Maintain a steady pace and take smart pauses to keep your spark alive


Apply it to work


Apply it to your relationship



🌪️ Even during T10 last Sunday (photo below!), I was reminded how important it is to protect your rhythm and to find joy in both effort and rest.
