📍 Where do you see yourself in 5 or 10 years?

As a recruiter, I am quite short sighted.

Why?

💰 Because my role is about closing deals every month to make commissions.

📆 Most of my time is spent on thinking how to make ends meet every month…

And here I am 

7 years have passed quickly and I realise I haven’t really sat down to reflect where I want to be in the future 🤣

🧠 We always get asked by hiring managers or HR in interviews

“Where do you see yourself in 5 years?”

The answers are all about 

📈 How can you contribute to the company for the next 5 - 10 years

But have we really thought about the answer for our life? 

🌍 Are you heading where YOU want to be instead of where your company/ family / society wants you to be?

🌟 No one will plan for your career except yourself

🌟 Are you working towards your 5 years or 10 years' plan?
