💡They shared a lot of in depth information with the use of real life banking cases in the recent 2 years.
💡We had over 50 HRs from different banks joining and many of them asked interesting questions.
💡Top 2 Skills that are easily replaceable:
1) Administrative Tasks
Such as email writing, day to day admin tasks
2) Reports Generation
Extracting compensation data and inputting in the system as AI can generate a graph and trend
💡The above skills are too repetitive and easily replaceable.
💡There are also 2 school of thoughts debating in the AI industry.
💡One suggested that junior roles will be replaced easily while the other said senior management roles.
