Lately I have been doing some reflection and asking myself:

Who are my biggest clients?

After 8 years in recruitment, I’ve come to realise that my most profitable clients aren’t necessarily from the biggest names in the industry.

The large players are often sought after by many recruiters, all vying for a slice of the pie. 🥧

But the real gold lies in the clients who come to me every time they need to hire

and do so exclusively.

What we truly need are loyal clients who won’t be swayed by others. 🌟

Four years ago, I remember having coffee with one of the top billers in HK, who was billing an impressive HK$10 million a year.

Curious about her success, I asked her what her secret was.

She simply said

"Accumulate as many A clients as possible."
