📊Unemployment Rate for Recent Graduates - Part 1

📊 I was reading the news about unemployment rate in China. It was 21.3% for young professionals aging from 16 - 24 years old in Jun 2023.

📊 Many recent graduates reached out to me for career coaching. I told them the harsh reality is that the competition for jobs nowadays is getting more intense due to

🔺Slow economy means fewer jobs

🔺Increased competition from AI replacing entry level jobs

🔺Increased competition from oversupply of graduates as more families can afford sending their kids to school

📊 Hence, you need to level up your job application game and improve your competitiveness.

📊 How many jobs did you apply to and how many offers did you receive this year?
