🎯 Signs that you will not be promoted in the near term

(I know I might sound a bit blunt but no one else will tell you the truth except recruiters.)

1) Your company is making a loss and cost saving is a clear priority 💰

2) Your direct supervisor has the same title as yours and with similar experience 📊

3) You have a new direct supervisor with similar years of experience as yours

4) Your direct supervisor is only one title above you leading a small team and the company does not plan to expand your team

☀️ If you have been in the same position for over 5 years AND

☀️ If your goal is to be promoted AND

☀️ If you are experiencing any of the above
