🧠 Recently I felt bored with my life. I am not sure how often this happens to you.

It happens to me whenever I feel comfortable with my daily routine and not having breakthroughs.
⏰ It alarms me that I am in my comfort zone.
For example, I have not been hitting new personal records in my fitness level or sales.
This feeling dragged on for a week and it felt terrible.
💡 I decided to do something about it and researched this topic.
I read that
📍 if you are a boring person,
📍 do the same things every day and
📍 never move out of your comfort zone
📍 that is going to translate to your life and career as well.
Just like the famous quote:
⚡ Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
🔥 So I decided to inject something new and more challenging in my life every week.
Over the past few weeks, I decided to:
- Book a trip to a new city that I have never been (e.g. Jeju) 🌍
- Arrange meetings with new connections in my upcoming Singapore trip (Feel free to DM me if you are around town in early Jul) 🇸🇬
- Join a fitness competition with my friends (e.g. Hyrox)
- Try out a new activity such as watching a comedy show by Dr Jason Leong
- Set new goals to lift heavier with my personal trainer and make some personal records 🏋🏻
- Set another new goal to hit 8,000 followers by end August 📈
☀️ I realise the process of growth is what drive me happy and motivated every day.
☀️I encourage you to try something new once a week or once every 2 weeks!
