💡What skillset do you want to be known for?

Today Armstrong Lee and I went to the CUHK NetWork Young Alumni Day to coach the 100+ young working professionals on the 1) job market, 2) how to manage your supervisor and 3) how to stand out among your peers.

Armstrong's opening line really captured me.

💡He said if your name always appears in your boss/teammates' minds whenever they think of a particular skillset, let's say excel skills, then you will become successful in that area in the future.

💡This resonates with me because I want people to think of Nicole Hui whenever they think of career coaching, recruitment and public speaking.
