šŸ“ˆ The LinkedIn Algorithm Has Changed!

ree

Something strange happened recently.

I logged into LinkedIn and saw a post from three weeks ago sitting at the top of my feed.Ā

Not mine.Ā

Not new.Ā

But still getting likes, comments, and traction.

That’s when I realised that The LinkedIn algorithm has changed!!

šŸ” What’s Different Now?

LinkedIn used to prioritise whatever post that was most recently published.Ā

Now?Ā

It favours content with higher engagement, even if it’s older.

šŸ’” Here’s what that means for you:

- Your post gets the most visibility in the first hour

- If it performs well, it stays in the feed for days and even weeks

- If it doesn’t? It quietly disappears

This shift is a game-changer.Ā

It means everyone has a shot at staying visible longer if your content connects.

šŸš€ My Experience

Since the algorithm update, some of my best-performing posts have stayed active for up to 3 weeks.Ā

And the result?Ā

āœ… More profile views

āœ… More DMsĀ

āœ… More followers consistently and thanks to the ā€œaccumulating effectā€!

šŸ’ What About You?

- Have you noticed this shift too?Ā

- Are your older posts still getting traction?Ā

- And more importantly, are you using LinkedIn to build your brand?
