💡 Thank You for Coming Up to Say Hi

Recently I’ve had people come up to me, introduce themselves, and tell me they enjoy reading my articles.
(Thank you those at the streets, at the coffee shops, at the gym and at the lift)
Some even said my posts inspire them.
I can’t tell you how much that means to me.
Because the truth is
There are moments in my work and life when I feel stressed and discouraged.
Deals fall through.
Clients cancel headcounts.
Roles get relocated elsewhere.
And when that happens, it’s easy to lose my motivation.
🔥 But hearing your words in person gave me energy.
It reminded me why I keep pushing forward.
You’ve inspired me to:
- Keep posting three times a week, sharing market insights and life lessons.
- Keep striving to be a better recruiter and career coach.
- Keep finding meaning in what I do, even when the journey feels tough.
I guess this is what people mean when they talk about purpose.
It’s not just about closing deals or hitting targets. (Tho I believe in KPIs)
It’s about the impact we make on others, and the encouragement we receive in return.
✨ So thank you for giving me meaning, for reminding me why I write, and for helping me stay resilient.
When was the last time you felt like giving up?
And what pulled you back to keep going?
Maybe that’s where your purpose lies too.
