People often ask how I juggle my full-time job, writing regularly on LinkedIn, and working out every day.
For me, it all comes down to healthy systems and consistent habits.
🌅 Morning → I read before work to spark new ideas I can share with candidates and clients.
🏋️ Lunch → I head to the gym, not just to train, but also to network with candidates.
🌙 Evening → I journal and brainstorm what to write on LinkedIn.
This rhythm has been my anchor for the past two years.
Even my lunch has been the same for four years : broccoli, chicken breast, and avocado
My colleagues and friends call my lunch boring but keeping my routine stable helps me stay disciplined and focused.
Unless I have to dine out for candidate or client lunch
Since I started writing on LinkedIn, I’ve noticed real changes:
- Candidates and clients respond more quickly.
- I enjoy my work more because of the feedback I receive.
- More people reach out for career advice.
I may not be making millions, but I genuinely look forward to my day:
The work, the writing, the routine.
It might sound repetitive to you but I genuinely enjoy it.
Our career journey is long: Easily 40 years or more.
To enjoy it, we need self-reflection, courage, and the willingness to test what works for us. Building habits you love is the foundation.
That’s why I keep writing here.
And no, I don’t have a marketing team behind me like other influencers.
Every post comes from me.
✨ My hope is that you also find habits that make your career more fulfilling, and routines that give you energy instead of draining it.
