🤝 Why I Love Client Visits and Face-to-Face Meetings

Today I visited three clients and candidates
Delivering red packets and catching up on hiring trends
And once again, I was reminded why I love meeting people in person
Putting a face to a name makes all the difference
Clients remember me better
I remember them better too!
Conversations feel more genuine, not just transactional.
In the past, most of my interactions were over the phone.
But it’s easy to forget someone you’ve never met.
When you sit down face-to-face, spend 30 minutes chatting casually
(not just about business), you uncover insights you’d never get from a call or video meeting.
That’s the benefits of personal connection:
💡 You gain more information than competitors who don’t meet in person.
🤝 You build trust faster.
🧠 You leave a lasting impression.
📈 And yes, it helps close deals more smoothly and build long-term relationships.
For me, client visits aren’t just about business.
They’re about building authentic connections that last.
👉 If you work in sales, recruitment, or any client-facing role,
I encourage you:
Get out there, meet people, and invest in face-to-face conversations.
The return is always worth it.
📌 P.S. Selfie taken after my last client meeting and my client gave me their in house water bottle and T-shirt!
