🚀 What Got You Here Won’t Get You There

Over the weekend, I picked up a book that made me reflect: 

The Wealth Ladder by Nick Maggiulli

He breaks wealth into five levels. The ones that stood out to me:

Level 3: USD 100K–1M

Level 4: USD 1M–10M

Level 5: USD 10M–100M

Most employees hover between Level 3 and 4. 

Level 5? 

That’s reserved for a rare few: business owners, founders, and those with serious equity.

It reminded me of my time in Private Banking at Citi. 

90% of clients with USD 10M+ in liquid net worth were entrepreneurs/business owners. 

💭 The Realisation That Hit Me

If you want to reach a new level

financially, professionally, personally

You can’t keep doing what got you here.

You need to evolve

You need to experiment

You need to be bold

📈 My LinkedIn Shift

I used to post once or twice a week. 

My follower count grew slowly, organically.

Then I changed my strategy:

- Posting 3–4 times a week

- Mixing reels and articles

The result? 

✅ Higher impressions 

✅ Daily follower growth 

✅ More inbound leads and opportunities
