My friends and colleagues know that I am a gym addict



🎧 I attend weightlifting classes twice a week with my personal trainer



So you will always run into me at the gym 



🏋‍♂️ Each session, my personal trainer encourages me to lift heavier weights and 


surpass my previous records



To achieve visible results in my physique, I need to push my limits



💪 If I use the same weights for a long period, I will start to gain weight again



Exercising always reminds me of my career and life



🔥 By breaking out of my comfort zone and challenging the status quo, I can make more progress 



I once read that



- To have passion in life, you need to have it within yourself



- That’s why trying new things and achieving new results can bring happiness



✏️ Here are a few examples:



- Instead of making 20 cold calls a day, challenge yourself to make 25



- If you're used to lifting 40 kg in the deadlift, aim for 50 kg



- If your work scope has always been the same, try taking new projects to unlock another hidden potentials of yours
