I get this question a lot.
Here’s the honest answer: I don’t.
I’ve hit writer’s block more times than I can count.
📊 There are days when my brain feels stuck
and I stare at the screen thinking
“I have nothing new to say.”
But if you want to grow on social media especially LinkedIn
💡 Consistency and quality are both non-negotiable
📉 The Trap Most Creators Fall Into
- If you post biweekly with great content
(You’ll get great engagement but your follower growth will be slow)
- If you post daily, but the content is weak
(Your engagement drops and LinkedIn’s algorithm quietly stops showing you in the feed)
The sweet spot?
High-quality content + posted consistently
💡 Where Do My Ideas Come From?
My best ideas come when I’m:
- Taking a shower 🚿
- Walking outdoors or on the treadmill 🌳
- Talking to someone new 🤝
- Attending events or having fresh experiences 🎤
- Reading a new book 📚
It’s all about
📩 Input → Output
If you want to write better,
Expose yourself to new conversations, new places and cultivating new perspectives.
