💻 Is it right or wrong to use AI during the interview process?

It has been an interesting read

📚 Roy Lee (a Columbia student) developed his own AI interview system to crack the technical interview process of Amazon and eventually got an offer

I think Roy is very smart to develop this AI tool called Interview Coder

But whether it is ethical to use or not will be another topic

In Hong Kong, it is quite common to have technical interviews especially in the Financial Services industry

The question here comes:

💡 If companies encourages staff to use AI to speed up our working process and efficiency

💡 Will it also be a double standard for companies not allowing candidates to use AI through the interview process?

This is a really interesting topic for all employers and employees
