🌟 What I’ve Been Busy With Lately

Happy Sunday everyone!
Recently I’ve been so busy with work that I only managed to update LinkedIn once a week.
The past two months have been a whirlwind.
The market picked up, and I’ve been working nonstop on different recruitment assignments.
I’m truly grateful:
🙏 Clients reaching out to me for roles from junior to senior levels, both in Hong Kong and overseas.
💼 Existing HR clients referring new clients to me (thank you for trusting me and my colleagues!).
🎤 Invitations to different events that keep me connected and inspired.
Because I wanted to ride this positive wave, I pushed myself hard.
Working every day and only resting on Saturdays to reset my brain.
I know how rare it is to catch a “bull market” in recruitment, and I wanted to capture as much upside as possible with active income.
But I’m also realistic.
The job market ahead will be tougher:
- Fewer roles available.
- More companies relying on AI to source CVs instead of agencies.
It is a market reality and we all need to accept and adapt the trend.
That’s why I gave 200% effort during this surge in hiring demand.
👉 If you’re also experiencing positive momentum in your role or career, treasure it.
Push harder while the wave is here, whether it’s for a higher bonus, stronger results, or simply to build momentum for the future.
P.S. Thank you DigitalCFO Asia for inviting me to be a speaker and sharing insights with different CFOs.
It was great seeing some familiar faces at the event given almost 9 years of recruitment industry in the Finance & Accounting sector.
Time flies and I am feeling old!!
