💰 Two business models – Which one is more effective?

I went to Shenzhen this morning for massage and lunch.

I was surprised by the different business models they adopted.

📌 In Hong Kong, it is very common to tip the service staff.

📌 In Shenzhen, when I dined at a Michelin starred restaurant, they offered to free my drinks and give me discounts if I instead write a good review for them.

When I went for massage in Shenzhen, the staff did not ask me for tips but to leave good reviews for them.

This was completely different from Hong Kong!

🔶 In HK, we focus more on tipping.

🔶 In SZ, they focus more on accumulating good reviews.

📊 Which method do you think is more effective in driving businesses and be more competitive?
