If your company and supervisor look good, you will look good as well.

🔥Your company will perform an annual appraisal for you. 

🔥However, the appraisal will only focus on how your output can help the firm to grow instead of your personal development outside of work. 

🔥Hence, you need to have your career plan because if you don't care about your career, nobody else will. 

🔥I always advise people keep close contact with recruiters even when they don’t need it as they share the latest trends and job market intelligence which are essential for career planning.
