Back in university, my parents gave me just HK$200/week for transport and canteen lunches. 

So if I wanted anything extra

- Clothes, Coffee, a night out

✨ I had to earn it myself.

I started tutoring and made HK$250/hour between 2012–2015. 

That’s when I learned: If you want more, you have to do more. 

💼 And yes, I gave my students homework. A lot of it.

So today, I’m giving you followers homework!!! 

Because if you’re serious about leveling up your career, it starts with self-awareness.

🧠 Your Career Homework (Be Honest!)

- Do you feel excited waking up on Monday morning? 

- Do you feel bored halfway through your workday? 

- Have you been in the same role for 5+ years? 

- Do you feel unfulfilled even if you’re “successful”? 

- Do you set new goals after reaching one, or do you plateau? 

- Do people envy your career, or do you envy theirs? 

- When work gets busy, do you resent it for stealing time from your hobbies?

Write down your answers. No filters. No fluff. Just truth.
