It’s a stormy Wednesday here in Hong Kong!
🌀 Typhoon Ragasa is hitting hard, and most of us are working from home.
While the weather’s unpredictable, one thing I’ve kept consistent is my habit of tracking.
Anyone who knows me knows I’m a bit obsessive when it comes to tracking things.
From sports to work, I log everything.
And I mean everything.
🧘 In fitness, I track:
- How much I lift
- How fast I run
- My daily weight
- My workouts
💰 In life, I track:
- My daily expenses
📞 And now, I’ve brought that same discipline into my work:
- Number of CVs I send each day
- Number of client calls I make
Why?
Because tracking gives me clarity.
It helps me identify which days are most productive, which methods are most effective, and where I can improve.
Progress doesn’t happen by accident, it happens by design.
And tracking is the blueprint.
So if there’s an area of your life or career you want to improve, start by tracking it.
Daily and Consistently.
You’ll be surprised how quickly you start seeing patterns and progress.
