☀️ How I foresee Gen AI affecting the future job market - Part 2

☀️ Unlike the 2 schools of thoughts that Gen AI will replace either entry level jobs or senior management positions, I believe it will replace a portion of BOTH sides, leaving middle level staff the most stable. They are cheaper than senior management yet more experienced than junior level.

☀️ Reason 1: Gen AI is making organisations flatter, and a company does not require that many senior management staff but only a few who can make strategic decisions within an organisation.

☀️ Reason 2: Repetitive and administrative roles among junior level are easily replaced by Gen AI depending on cost. Is it cheaper to develop Gen AI to replace all junior staff or vice versa?

☀️ But of course, my prediction can be wrong.

At the end of the day, it's all about cost/ROI. Is it cheaper to hire/invest in AI to replace a particular staff or hire one staff to replace 3 people?

☀️ What are your thoughts? What skills do you think are important in the future?
