How Dating & Journaling Can Help You Discover Your Passion šŸ’ā¤ļø

ree

āœļø I journal every day

It’s a habit that helps meĀ

- reflect

- gain clarity

- understand what truly energises me and what doesn’t.

šŸ“ Some days I write about feeling hyped when a candidate or client appreciates my work.Ā

Other days, I note how excited I feel when someone compliments my fitness.Ā

šŸ˜… And sometimes I complain about being stuck in traffic or how some taxi drivers don't know how to drive the short cut because yes, I’m impatient.

These small reflections reveal patterns.Ā

They help me answer questions like:

- What made me feel alive today?

- What moments made me tune out or feel drained?

Here’s what I’ve learned:Ā

- You don’t discover your passion by thinking about it

- You discover it by doing

- Experience first

- Journal second

- Reflect deeply

That’s how you uncover what truly lights you up.

šŸ“© It’s a lot like dating.Ā

You don’t find the right person by writing a long checklist and waiting.Ā

You go out, meet people, and learn through interaction.Ā

Only then do you know what feels right.

So if you’re searching for your mission or passion, start with action.Ā

Then write about it.Ā

šŸ—ŗļø Your journal becomes a mirror and a map.

What’s something you did recently that made you feel truly alive?
