🚀 How can I level up?

The fastest way is to compare yourself with someone who performs better than you at work

Or whichever aspect of life that you wanna do better

In recruitment, it is very easy for me to compare

📈 Because we are ranked based on sales revenue

So I would see who bills more than me then copy his/her strategy

Then I would be self-aware of what I fell short of

For example, I see my seniors who did better than me paid more attention to their candidates

Including jotting a lot of detailed notes and asking a lot more questions

✏️ So you implement their strategy

Once you are at a similar level, then you need to be different by doing something on top

At this stage, you compare with yourself only
